NOLGIA

Enterprise

Your identity provider. Your storage. Your terms.

NOLGIA Enterprise adds single sign-on, an exportable audit log, organization API keys, and your own S3-compatible storage to everything in Team, on an invoiced annual contract with an SLA.

Identity and control

Sign in your way. See everything that happened.

Your identity provider decides who gets in. The audit log records what they did.

Single sign-on, SAML and OIDC

Connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 or OIDC identity provider. Members sign in with Continue with SSO and their work email.

Enforced SSO by verified domain

Verify your domain with a DNS record, then require SSO for it: Google sign-in is refused for that domain and every login goes through your identity provider.

Audit log with export

Membership changes, invites, domain and SSO changes, API keys, deletions, and storage events, each with actor, time, and source. Export the log as CSV.

Organization API keys

Keys owned by the organization rather than a person, so automation keeps working when people move on. Every key event lands in the audit log.

Data

Your assets, in your bucket.

Keep a copy of every generation and upload under your own retention and access policies, without changing how the team works day to day.

Bring your own storage

Connect an S3-compatible bucket (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, or Google Cloud Storage in interop mode). Every ready asset is mirrored into it, and you can import existing objects into the library.

Everything in Team

Pooled credits, one shared library, five roles with per-member budgets, Google Drive import, and a NOLGIA Agent for every member. Seats are contracted rather than capped, with no plan to pick.

Contract

Procurement-ready.

Invoicing and annual contracts

Pay by invoice on an annual term. Seats, credit allotment, and renewal are written into the contract.

Priority support with an SLA

A named contact, response targets in the agreement, and a direct line when a deadline is on the clock.

Security review package

A data processing agreement, the current sub-processor list, and answers for your security questionnaire.

Pricing

Custom, per contract.

Enterprise pricing is not published. Seats, credit allotment, term, invoicing, and the SLA are agreed with sales and written into your contract, so the plan fits the way your organization actually produces.

FAQ

Questions from security and procurement.

What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Team plus single sign-on (SAML and OIDC) that can be enforced for your verified domain, an audit log with CSV export, organization API keys, the option to mirror every asset into your own S3-compatible bucket, invoicing with annual contracts, and priority support with an SLA. Pricing is tailored per contract: seats, credit allotment, term, invoicing, and SLA are agreed with sales, so start with a Contact sales request.
Can Enterprise pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise contracts are invoiced on an annual term, with seats, credit allotment, and renewal written into the contract. Team and individual plans are paid by card through Stripe.
How does SSO work?
Enterprise organizations connect their identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider) from the organization settings. Members then sign in with Continue with SSO using their work email. Once a domain is verified, an admin can enforce SSO so that Google sign-in is refused for that domain and every login goes through your identity provider.
Can we keep assets in our own storage?
Connect an S3-compatible bucket (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, or Google Cloud Storage in interop mode). Every ready asset is mirrored into it, and you can import existing objects into the library.
What does the audit log record?
Membership changes, invites, domain and SSO changes, API keys, deletions, and storage events, each with actor, time, and source. Export the log as CSV.
