NOLGIA Team turns a group of accounts into one organization: pooled credits, a shared library, roles with per-member budgets, and a single bill. Every seat is on Pro or Studio, so the whole team gets the plan you pick, and Studio seats each run their own NOLGIA Agent.
How a team works

One shared library
Assets, projects, characters, and timelines created in the team belong to the team. Every member sees the whole library; owners and admins can manage any item in it.
One bill
Every seat on Pro or Studio, on a single subscription. Add or remove seats, or change the seat plan, from the billing page whenever the team changes; additions are prorated.
Roles
Five roles. Only creators take a seat.
Invite by email, pick a role, and the rest follows: who can spend, who can manage, who can only look. Viewers are free, so stakeholders can review the library without costing a seat.

- How does Team pricing work?
- A team does not have its own price. Every seat is on Pro ($39 a month or $390 a year per seat, 1,400 credits) or on one of the Studio sizes ($109 to $279 a month per seat, 3,300–9,500 credits), monthly or yearly, with a minimum of 2 seats. Pick the seat plan, the interval, and the number of seats on the billing page; the whole team is one subscription and one bill.
- How do Team credits pool?
- Every seat adds its plan's monthly credits to one shared organization pool: 5 Pro seats at 1,400 credits each is a 7,000-credit pool, and 5 Studio Mid seats at 6,300 each is a 31,500-credit pool that any member can draw from. Owners and admins can cap individual members with a per-member monthly budget, and top-ups bought in the organization land in the same shared pool.
- What counts as a seat? Do viewers need one?
- A seat is any member who can create: owners, admins, billing managers, and members. Viewers can browse and download from the shared library but cannot generate or upload, so they do not use a seat and are free. Teams start at 2 seats, and you can add or remove seats from the billing page at any time; added seats are prorated.
- How do we add or remove seats?
- An owner, admin, or billing member changes the seat count on the billing page at any time; the page previews what is due before anything is charged. Added seats are prorated and invoiced right away, and their credits join the pool once that invoice is paid. Removing seats never takes credits out of the pool. Teams keep a minimum of 2 seats, and viewers never need one.
- Can we change the seat plan later?
- Yes. An owner, admin, or billing member can move the whole team between Pro and the Studio sizes, or between monthly and yearly billing, from the billing page. Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice, and a move up to a plan with more credits per seat adds the remaining share of this cycle's extra credits to the pool. Moving down never removes credits already in the pool. Entitlements follow the seat plan: Studio seats unlock Google Drive import and a NOLGIA Agent per member, Pro seats get Pro access.
- Does every member get a NOLGIA Agent?
- With Studio seats, yes: each member can run their own hosted agent against the shared pool and library. Pro seats do not include one.
