This Privacy Policy describes how Nolgia Corp collects, uses, and shares information when you use nolgia.com, our API, and related services. By using Nolgia, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from your Google account. We use this to create and secure your Nolgia account.
Content you create: prompts, reference assets you upload, and the images, video, and audio you generate are stored so you can access them in your asset library.
Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we retain only your subscription tier, credit balance, and invoice history.
Usage data: we record generation jobs, model selections, and credit consumption to operate quotas, billing, and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Nolgia platform: authenticating you, running generation jobs you request, storing your assets, metering credits, and processing subscription payments.
We also use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve model routing, capacity planning, and product decisions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to train foundation models.
3. Third-party services
Google: sign-in is provided by Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy governs the data they process during authentication.
Stripe: subscription and top-up payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Model providers: prompts and reference inputs required to fulfill a generation job are transmitted to the upstream model provider for that job. Providers process this data to return results and per their own terms.
Google Cloud: our infrastructure, including asset storage, runs on Google Cloud Platform in secured buckets and services.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are required for the product to function.
We store your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion
Generated assets and account data are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual assets at any time from your asset library.
If you want your account and associated data deleted, contact us at nolgiaai@gmail.com and we will process the request within 30 days.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and gated behind organization authentication.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password on your Google account and enable two-factor authentication.
7. Children's privacy
Nolgia is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
