What does a full set of marketplace listing images cost?

September 19, 2026 · 3 min read

Most marketplaces want the same thing: a main image of the product alone on pure white, then supporting images that show angles, detail, scale and use. The Marketplace listing images preset makes that set from your own product photos, one image per run, so you pay per image and only for the images you keep making.

The numbers below come straight from the live price list, the same list the pricing page reads, so they are always today's rates.

What you need

  • Product photos

    Required

One to three clean photos of the product, one for each side we should see.

  • What is the product?

    Required

Name it, say what it is made of and how big it is.

  • Approved main image

    Optional

Once your main image is approved, add it here so every other image in the set matches it. You can skip this.

Step by step

  1. Start with the main image

Open Marketplace listing images, add one to three clean photos of the product and say what it is, what it is made of and how big it is. Pick the main image direction for the image on white.

  2. Approve the main image first

Look at the main image before you spend on the rest. Once it is right, it becomes the anchor for the whole set.

  3. Add the approved main image to every other run

The Approved main image step is optional, but adding it makes the infographic base, angles, detail, lifestyle and in the box images match it.

  4. Make only the images you need

Each direction is its own run, so a listing that only needs three supporting images costs three images, not six.

  5. Stay at the standard size

Higher resolution tiers cost more per image, as the table below shows. Stay at the standard size unless your marketplace asks for bigger files.

FAQ

Questions and answers.

Do I pay for the set or per image?
Per image. Every direction under Marketplace listing images is a separate run, and each run is charged at the model's rate for the size you pick.
What is the cheapest way to make the set?
Get the main image right first, make only the supporting images you need, and stay at the standard size.
Which models make the images?
Marketplace listing images runs on GPT Image 2.5 Flare and GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, chosen because they hold a product's shape and label from reference photos.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. New accounts start with 350 free credits.
Is the main image on pure white?
The main image direction asks for the product alone on a pure white background, filling the frame, which is what most marketplaces ask for. Always check your marketplace's own rules before you publish.
