Insider Program Terms

These terms cover the NOLGIA Insiders program: how you join, what you earn and what we expect in return. Each section starts with a short summary; the full text below it is what counts. They add to our Terms of Service.
1. About these terms
In short: These terms cover the NOLGIA Insiders program. They add to our Terms of Service, which still apply to everything you do on NOLGIA.
These Insider Program Terms (the "Program Terms") are an agreement between you and Nolgia Inc., a Delaware corporation ("NOLGIA", "we", "us"), about the NOLGIA Insiders program (the "Program"). They supplement our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Where these Program Terms and the Terms of Service conflict about the Program, these Program Terms control; everything else is governed by the Terms of Service.
By applying to the Program, or by taking part in it once approved, you accept these Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply.
2. Eligibility and joining
In short: You apply with an invite or on your own, our staff review every application, and we may decline any application.
To join you need a personal NOLGIA account in good standing, you must be at least 18 years old, and you must have at least one public social media profile. The Program belongs to the person, not to an organization: an organization account cannot join.
You join by applying through the Insiders portal at insiders.nolgia.ai. We may invite you with a personal link; an invited application still needs our approval. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, without giving a reason. If we decline, you may apply again after 30 days.
When we approve you, you choose a public handle, which becomes your profile address (nolgia.ai/@yourname) and the basis of your personal code. We may refuse or change a handle that is misleading, offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or could be mistaken for NOLGIA or our staff.
3. Levels and monthly credits
In short: Your level depends on how many paying customers you referred. Each level comes with free NOLGIA credits every month.

A paying referral is an account you referred whose first payment has passed its 30-day hold without a refund or chargeback and that is still paying, meaning it has an active paid plan or made a payment in the last 35 days. We count paying referrals once a day.
A move up applies on the day you reach the new threshold. If your count falls below your level's threshold, you keep your level for a grace month; if the count is still below the threshold after it, your level drops. We may set a level by hand, for example to correct an error.
Monthly credits are granted at the start of each monthly period, counted from the day you were approved. They expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. You receive no monthly credits while your participation is suspended or after it ends.
4. Referral rewards
In short: You earn a share of what the customers you referred pay, as NOLGIA credits, for 12 months. Rewards are never paid in cash.
For each customer you referred, you earn 20%, 25% or 30% (by your level on the day of the payment) of what that customer pays us for their own personal plan or credits, net of discounts, refunds and taxes, for 12 months from their first payment. Payments by an organization, such as Team seats, do not earn rewards.
Rewards are paid only as NOLGIA credits, never in cash or any other form. We convert a reward into credits at $0.07 per credit, rounded down to a whole credit. For example, a 20% reward on a $39 payment is $7.80, which is 111 credits.
Each reward is held for 30 days after the payment and then added to your account, where reward credits do not expire while your account is open. A reward is cancelled if the payment is refunded or disputed during the hold. If a payment is refunded or charged back after its reward was added, we remove the matching credits; your balance may go below zero until it is covered.
Reward credits, like all NOLGIA credits, have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are governed by the credit rules in the Terms of Service.
A referral counts when the customer creates a new NOLGIA account within 60 days of following your profile or referral link, or uses your code on their first payment, and nobody referred them before. The first referral wins: a later visit through another Insider's link does not move it. Our records decide which referral counts.
5. Your audience code
In short: Your personal code gives a new customer a discount on the first month of a monthly plan. It does nothing else.
Your personal code gives a customer a percentage off the first month of any monthly NOLGIA plan: 20%, or 25% while you are Elite. It applies only to a customer who has never paid us before, only to a monthly personal plan, and only to their first month. It does not apply to yearly plans, Team plans, credit top-ups or renewals, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
You may share your code and links publicly. You may not sell your code, offer it through coupon or deal sites, or present it as anything other than your personal NOLGIA Insider code. We may change, replace or stop a code at any time, for example when your level changes or your participation ends.
6. Super Insiders
In short: Some Insiders are invited to make content for us in exchange for a free plan. A missed month earns a warning; a second one ends the arrangement.
We may invite an Insider to become a Super Insider. A Super Insider gets a free NOLGIA plan, and sometimes extra monthly credits, in exchange for publishing an agreed number of posts about NOLGIA each month. The plan, the credits and the posts depend on the size of your audience and are confirmed when the arrangement starts:

You submit each post by its link in the Insiders portal. We check automatically that it is public and posted from the account you registered, and our staff then approve or reject it. Only approved posts, or posts still in review that passed the checks, count toward the month.
The arrangement runs month to month and renews automatically while you meet it. If you miss a month's posts, we send a warning. If you miss two months in a row, the arrangement ends and the free plan stops at once; credits already granted stay usable until they expire. Either of us may end the arrangement at any time.
The free plan is for your own use. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, and while it is active you cannot hold a separate paid personal plan.
7. Disclosure
In short: Every post that mentions NOLGIA must say clearly that you are a NOLGIA Insider. This is the law, not only our rule.
Your relationship with NOLGIA is a material connection under the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and similar laws elsewhere: you receive credits, a discount for your audience, and as a Super Insider a free plan. Every post, video, story, stream or other content that mentions or links to NOLGIA must disclose that connection clearly and conspicuously. In particular:
- put a clear label such as #ad or #sponsored, or words such as "I'm a NOLGIA Insider and earn credits when you sign up", at the START of the caption or description, not hidden among other hashtags or behind a "more" link;
- turn on the platform's own paid partnership or branded content label wherever the platform offers one;
- in video and live content, also say it out loud, near the start and not only in the description;
- make only claims about NOLGIA that are true and that you can back up from your own use, never claim results you have not had, and never imply that NOLGIA endorses you beyond this Program.
You are responsible for your own content and its compliance with the law and with each platform's rules. If we ask you to correct or remove content that breaks this section, you must do so promptly.
8. Use of your content
In short: We may reshare a Super Insider's posts about NOLGIA, credited to you. You keep ownership of your content.
You keep all rights in the content you create. If you are a Super Insider, you grant NOLGIA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, share and promote the posts you submit under the arrangement, with your name, handle and likeness as they appear in them, in our own channels and in paid promotion, during the arrangement and for 12 months after it ends. We will credit you where the format allows. For other Insiders, we may share or embed your public posts about NOLGIA using the platform's own sharing features, credited to you.
You confirm that you have every right needed for the content you submit, including the consent of anyone who appears in it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
9. Prohibited conduct and clawback
In short: No self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or misleading claims. Rewards earned that way are reversed.
- referring yourself, your own other accounts, or accounts you control, including through another person, device or network;
- creating or encouraging fake, duplicate or throwaway accounts, or paying people to sign up;
- sending unsolicited messages, spam or bulk posts, or posting your links where the community's rules forbid them;
- bidding on NOLGIA or our brand names, or misspellings of them, in search or social advertising, or using our names in your domain names, handles or ads in a way that could be confused with NOLGIA;
- making false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about NOLGIA, its prices, features or results, or about your relationship with us;
- using a code or link in a way these Program Terms do not allow, or trying to get around any limit, check or rule of the Program.
We check referrals for signs of abuse, such as a referral from your own device, network, card or company, and we may hold a referral for review while we look into it. If we find a breach, we may block the referral, cancel rewards that have not been added yet, remove reward credits already added, and suspend or end your participation. Our records and reasonable judgment decide these questions.
10. Ending your participation
In short: You or we can end your participation at any time. If it ends because of a breach, rewards still pending can be cancelled.
You may leave the Program at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your participation, or end a Super Insider arrangement, at any time and for any reason, with notice where we reasonably can.
When your participation ends, your code and profile stop working, no new referrals are attributed to you, and monthly credits stop. Reward credits already added to your account stay there. Rewards still in their hold are honored when they post, unless your participation ended because you broke these Program Terms or the Terms of Service, in which case we may cancel them. Deleting your NOLGIA account ends your participation and anything still pending.
11. Changes to the Program
In short: We may change or end the Program. Changes do not take away rewards you already earned.
We may change the Program, including its levels, credit amounts, reward rates, offers and these Program Terms, or end it entirely. We will post changes here and update the date at the top, and we will tell active Insiders about material changes in the portal or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is required by law. A change never reduces rewards for payments made before it takes effect. If you keep taking part after a change takes effect, you accept it.
12. No guarantee of earnings
In short: We do not promise you any number of referrals, credits or results.
What you earn depends on your audience and on the customers you refer. We make no promise about how many people will sign up or pay, or about the value of any rewards. The Program, your profile, the directory and the portal are provided as they are, and our liability in connection with the Program is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
13. Our relationship
In short: You are independent. You are not our employee, agent or partner.
You take part in the Program as an independent participant. Nothing in these Program Terms makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not make promises or statements on our behalf. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to what you receive under the Program.
Separate written terms, such as a negotiated cash arrangement for an Elite Insider, apply only when both of us sign them.
