About this preset
Build New York City from blocks starts on an empty grid seen from directly above and lets a whole skyline climb out of it one toy block at a time, then drops the camera down into the finished city for a low glide along an avenue.
You bring the city, the skyline shape or the landmarks you want recognisable, or let it invent one. Every block comes back plain and unmarked and no lettering lands in the frame, so titles, place names and dates go on afterwards where they stay editable.
Use cases
- A build story for a property or masterplan launch
- A museum or classroom screen about how a city grew
- A playful opener for a kids channel
- An event loop behind a stage
- The establishing beat of a city explainer

Toy block city assembling from an overhead grid, 16:9, ending on a low glide down an avenue
Toy block city build, 16:9, one continuous shot with no cuts. A dense island CITY built entirely of chunky interlocking toy blocks assembles itself on a pale tabletop. It reads unmistakably as a city: tall slender skyscrapers of clearly different heights with setback tops, a cluster of taller towers at the centre falling away to low terraced blocks at the edges, straight avenues and cross streets ruled between them, a long girder bridge over a channel of blue blocks, and a green rectangle of park. Block by block the towers climb out of the street grid in sequence until the skyline is complete. The camera starts high looking straight down on the grid, then descends and levels out into a low glide along one avenue with towers rising on both sides. Moulded plastic surfaces with visible round studs and seam lines, saturated primary colours against the pale ground, bright even daylight with soft contact shadows, shallow depth of field on the nearest towers. The city is invented and every block is plain moulded plastic with a blank unmarked top, every facade carrying no logo, wordmark, trademark or signage of any kind, and no lettering appears anywhere in frame. Bright plastic clicks and taps as the blocks land, light room tone, no music. No on-screen text, no watermark. Use only the brand names, logos and trademarks the customer includes in their request; never add real-world brands, logos or trademarked designs the customer did not mention.
Toy block harbour city assembling from an overhead grid, 16:9, ending low on the waterfront with cranes and a lighthouse
Toy block city build, 16:9, one continuous shot with no cuts. A HARBOUR CITY built entirely of chunky interlocking toy blocks assembles itself on a pale tabletop. It reads unmistakably as a city on the water: a curving waterfront of blue blocks along the bottom of the grid, a long stone quay of grey blocks with three low warehouse sheds and two tall dockside cranes of yellow blocks, a squat round lighthouse tower on a short pier, a stepped cluster of slender skyscrapers of clearly different heights with setback tops rising two streets back from the quay, straight avenues and cross streets ruled between them, mid-rise blocks falling away to low terraced blocks at the edges, and a green rectangle of park beside the water. Block by block the quay and the cranes go down first, then the towers climb out of the street grid in sequence until the skyline is complete. The camera starts high looking straight down on the grid, then descends and levels out into a low glide along the waterfront avenue with the towers rising on one side and the blue water on the other. Moulded plastic surfaces with visible round studs and seam lines, a palette of white, sky blue, sand and coral blocks against the pale ground, bright even daylight with soft contact shadows, shallow depth of field on the nearest towers.
Toy block capital with twin towers and a domed hall, 16:9, ending on a low glide down the central boulevard
Toy block city build, 16:9, one continuous shot with no cuts. A CAPITAL CITY built entirely of chunky interlocking toy blocks assembles itself on a pale tabletop. It reads unmistakably as a city: a wide central boulevard running straight through the grid to a domed civic hall of white blocks on a stepped base at its far end, a pair of matching tall towers with pointed tops flanking the boulevard halfway along, a ring of slender skyscrapers of clearly different heights with setback tops around them, straight avenues and cross streets ruled between the blocks, mid-rise blocks stepping down to low terraced blocks at the edges, a river of blue blocks crossing the grid under two arched bridges, and two green rectangles of park. Block by block the dome and the twin towers climb out of the grid first, then the rest of the skyline fills in around them until it is complete. The camera starts high looking straight down on the grid, then descends and levels out into a low glide straight down the central boulevard toward the dome with the twin towers passing on either side. Moulded plastic surfaces with visible round studs and seam lines, a palette of white, red and navy blue blocks against the pale ground, bright even daylight with soft contact shadows, shallow depth of field on the nearest towers.
