About this preset
Exploded product view takes one object and pulls it apart in mid air, holding every part in its own place while the camera makes a slow studio orbit, then letting the pieces ease back together. You bring the product, and clean reference photos of it if you have them; it handles the layout order, the lighting and the move. Good when the selling point is what is inside: the machining, the stack, the part count. Nothing in frame carries a brand unless you name one yourself, so the same shot works for a launch page, a spec sheet and a booth loop without a relabel.
Use cases
- A spec page hero for a new piece of hardware
- An engineering explainer showing what is inside the case
- A silent trade show loop behind the booth
- A build quality section in a crowdfunding film
- The opening shot of a repair or assembly guide
Examples

Exploded lens assembly, 16:9, one continuous studio orbit at 720p
Design studio product film, 16:9, one continuous slow orbit. A precision mechanical assembly hangs in a soft dark grey void, exploded along its assembly axis: every machined part suspended in order on an invisible spine with clean even spacing, brushed aluminium housings, anodised rings, a stack of ground glass lens elements, a copper coil, hex screws and washers. The camera orbits smoothly through a quarter turn while the parts drift a little further apart, then ease gently back toward each other. Studio product lighting, one soft key from high left, a cool rim light picking out every machined edge, soft reflections on a seamless dark floor, crisp macro detail on threads and knurling. The assembly is unbranded, carrying no logo, wordmark or trademark of any kind, and every surface is clean and unlettered. Quiet room tone with faint metal ticks as the parts settle, no music. No on-screen text, no watermark. Use only the brand names, logos and trademarks the customer includes in their request; never add real-world brands, logos or trademarked designs the customer did not mention.
Exploded mechanical watch movement, 16:9, one continuous studio orbit at 720p
Design studio product film, 16:9, one continuous slow orbit. A mechanical wristwatch movement hangs in a soft dark grey void, exploded along its central axis: every part suspended in order on an invisible spine with clean even spacing, a plain smooth case back, a brushed steel mainplate, two gilt bridges, a train of tiny brass gear wheels, a balance wheel with its coiled blue hairspring, a crown on its stem, a plain blank dial disc with a smooth unmarked face and a domed sapphire crystal. The camera orbits smoothly through a quarter turn while the parts drift a little further apart, then ease gently back toward each other. Studio product lighting, one soft key from high left, a cool rim light picking out every polished edge, soft reflections on a seamless dark floor, crisp macro detail on the gear teeth and screw heads. The movement is unbranded, carrying no logo, wordmark or trademark of any kind, and every surface including the dial is clean and unlettered. Quiet room tone with faint metal ticks as the parts settle, no music. No on-screen text, no watermark. Use only the brand names, logos and trademarks the customer includes in their request; never add real-world brands, logos or trademarked designs the customer did not mention.
Exploded single cylinder engine, 16:9, one continuous studio orbit at 720p
Design studio product film, 16:9, one continuous slow orbit. A small single cylinder engine hangs in a soft dark grey void, exploded along its vertical assembly axis: every part suspended in order on an invisible spine with clean even spacing, a finned cast aluminium cylinder head, two valves with their springs, a copper head gasket, the finned cylinder barrel, a polished steel piston with its rings, the connecting rod, a forged crankshaft with its flywheel, the two crankcase halves and a ring of hex bolts. The camera orbits smoothly through a quarter turn while the parts drift a little further apart, then ease gently back toward each other. Studio product lighting, one soft key from high left, a cool rim light picking out every machined edge and cooling fin, soft reflections on a seamless dark floor, crisp macro detail on the threads and casting texture. The engine is unbranded, carrying no logo, wordmark or trademark of any kind, and every surface is clean and unlettered. Quiet room tone with faint metal ticks as the parts settle, no music. No on-screen text, no watermark. Use only the brand names, logos and trademarks the customer includes in their request; never add real-world brands, logos or trademarked designs the customer did not mention.
