About this preset
Turn your data into a spreadsheet takes the rows you paste and gives back a sharp, readable spreadsheet image with every value exactly as you wrote it: a header row, gridlines on every cell, numbers lined up on the right and, if you want one, a highlighted total row. Pick a look: the familiar clean web sheet, a dark dashboard, a printed ledger or a hand drawn whiteboard, and add a bar chart panel beside the table when the numbers deserve a picture.
Every render is checked against your data before it reaches you. If a single value came back wrong, it is rendered again, and if a style still will not hold your numbers you get an exact sheet in that style's colours instead. Nothing is invented: no extra rows, no made up totals, no small print.
Use cases
- A results table for a quarterly report or a board deck
- A pricing or comparison table for a landing page
- A budget or project tracker to share in a chat
- A social post that shows real numbers legibly
- A clean still to animate with the animated spreadsheet preset

Clean sheet style, 16:9, a 6 column sales table with a highlighted total row, every cell as supplied
A spreadsheet rendered as a clean, sharp, fully legible image, 16:9 landscape, the sheet filling the frame edge to edge with a small margin. Title above the table: Q3 2026 Regional Sales. The table has 6 columns and 9 rows: one header row, 7 data rows and a final highlighted total row. Text columns are left aligned, number columns are right aligned, every cell has a visible gridline border, all text is crisp and in focus at a comfortable reading size. The table, one row per line, cells separated by a vertical bar: Region | Rep | Units | Unit price | Revenue | Margin North | Priya Nair | 1,240 | $18.50 | $22,940.00 | 31% South | Tomas Reyes | 980 | $21.00 | $20,580.00 | 28% East | Mei Tanaka | 1,515 | $16.75 | $25,376.25 | 34% West | Omar Haddad | 760 | $24.00 | $18,240.00 | 26% Central | Lena Fischer | 1,102 | $19.25 | $21,213.50 | 30% Coastal | Dev Patel | 645 | $27.50 | $17,737.50 | 22% Metro | Sofia Rossi | 1,388 | $17.00 | $23,596.00 | 33% Total | | 7,630 | | $149,683.25 | 29% Render every cell exactly as written above, character for character, including every comma, decimal point, dollar sign and percent sign. The blank cells in the total row stay blank. Add no extra rows, columns, numbers, notes, footers, captions or watermarks: the only text in the image is the title and the table. Style: a clean web spreadsheet look. Pure white cells, thin light grey gridlines, a pale grey header band with bold dark grey column headings, black text in a plain sans serif, generous cell padding, a thin column letter strip A to F across the top and row numbers 1 to 9 down the left edge in light grey, the total row on a pale yellow band in bold. No toolbar, no menus, no logo, no cursor, nothing outside the sheet.
